Sourdough Pan Pizza Crust
Base Recipe
400 Grams of Sourdough Discard
4 Tablespoon of Butter
Pinch of Baking Soda
Now
Preheat oven with Cast Iron Skillet at 350 Degrees. While that is heating mix sourdough discard, butter, and baking soda in a bowl. Once Cast Iron is hot pour in discard and put back in oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Take out and add toppings. Put back in for another 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
